1. This site is owned by www.BarindellieTrezzi.it Barindelli and Trezzi srl, a company incorporated in Bellagio (CO) P.zza Mazzini 34/36, P. IVA e CF 02,248,910,131.
The customer is required to read our Terms and Conditions shown below on the site. Contracts entered into on the site Brindelli & Trezzi are governed by Italian law and jurisdiction is that of Como (CO).

2. All products listed on our website are in stock or in process, as built by hand. Entering the single cards you have the ability to view in detail. The images and colors of products shown may however not be entirely relevant to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor. Products submitted may also be changed without notice. The Barindelli & Trezzi reserves the right to vary the types and quantities of products purchased online. The customer will be informed if his order was unenforceable because of the unavailability of the product. The Barindelli & Trezzi not guarantee that the information contained on its site comply with the jurisdiction of any country or that the products displayed in the window of the site are available for sale in all jurisdictions.

3. Product prices are inclusive of taxes and duties where required, shipping charges are excluded, which may vary according to place of destination. If you discover an error in the indication of prices displayed on the site will be promptly communicated to the customer by giving the option of being able to correct or cancel it. Products purchased will be shipped in elegant packaging within 15 days from receipt of order, if already in stock. Orders received will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. Nothing will be attributable to Barindelli & Trezzi for any delays in delivery or for failure to execute the order. The purchase must be understood executed when the client has completed and forwarded the order and the amount was credited to Barindelli & Trezzi, which is not liable for any malfunction in the transmission of data and errors associated with it. With the conclusion of the order the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all the terms and conditions posted on the site. Once the transaction is completely defined Barindelli & Trezzi will send confirmation by e-mail to the customer, which will verify the contents and immediately report any errors.

4. Products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address and delivery will require the presence of the customer or his agent of more than 18 years, which will check that:
- The number of packages to match that specified in the transport document
- The packaging is intact and not altered in all its parts. Any damage must be immediately notified via a check written on the subject of the document courier. Once signed the document the carrier the customer can no longer produce any dispute on the appearance of the package delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal:
purchases made online may be returned within 14 days from receipt of the shipment, without indicating the raisons. The customer must send an e-mail at: info@barindellietrezzi.com. If the comunication is not done within that time the request can not be taken into account. Upon receiving notification will be sent to the buyer confirming the withdrawl exercised. The product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged and must not be used or damaged. If these conditions are not met and the product is damaged for any purpose other than that necessary to inspect the product, the buyer will be charged the decrease in the valve of the product: the product must be returned, intact and within the original packaging, within 14 days from notification of withdrawl. Delivery costs for returning products are charged to the customer, any cost incurred for the delivered product will not be refunded. The refound will be made with the same way used for the purchase, not later than 14 days of receipt of the returned item, excluding costs for shipping and any custom fees for shipments made abroad.

6. Made for defects: the products shipped are carefully controlled in their entirety and in their quality. If defects were present immediately contact within 14 days from the discovery of defect, the company Barindelli & Trezzi at: info@barindellietrezzi.com.

7.Oneri customs:
The payment of customs charges rests with the purchaser and the effects have been established directly by the law of the state in which you want to receive the product. These amounts will be communicated by the carrier responsible for transport only when the product will arrive at your destination. In the event that were not paid the customs charges, and the goods were therefore rejected, customs fees and postage will be deducted from your order total and will be refunded only and exclusively the difference.

Payment Types
Payment by paypal:
PayPal is an online payment method allows you to make absolutely sure that the payment directly from your account. The data relating to the account and credit card are handled directly by Paypal, we will only be notified by mail of the payment.

Bank transfer:
is possible to pay by bank transfer by selecting the option at the end of the purchase process. In this case an e-mail communications will provide the bank details to make the transfer. The order will remain on stand-by mode waiting to receive a copy via e-mail confirming the payment. The order will occur when the transfer is credited.


Shipping and delivery
The shipment will be through primary courier or Italian Post. Will not deliver to PO boxes, so the order will not be processed.

The order generally takes from a minimum of 1 to 3 working days for delivery if the product is in stock in Italy. If the product is not available in stock, a different schedule will be agreed with the customer. Islands and disadvantaged locations may require an additional 24 to 48 hours
